Follow these steps to install the Novl add-in for PowerPoint

Account Required

You'll need to create a Novl account to use the add-in. Account creation is part of the setup process.

Step 1: Download the Installer

Download the Novl installer. It will automatically set up the add-in and open PowerPoint for you.

Step 2: Run the Installer

Unzip the Download

Open your Downloads folder and double-click Install Novl.zip to unzip it.

Open the Installer

Right-click Install Novl and select Open. If macOS asks to confirm, click Open again.

Find Novl in PowerPoint

PowerPoint will open automatically. Look for the Novl AI button in the Home tab.

Don't see the Novl button?

  1. In PowerPoint, go to Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins
  2. Click Refresh
  3. The Novl button should now appear in the Home tab

Alternative: Manual Installation

If the installer doesn't work, you can manually upload the add-in:

  1. Download the manifest file
  2. Open PowerPoint and go to Insert → Add-ins → My Add-ins
  3. Click Upload My Add-in
  4. Select the downloaded manifest file
